Guild is the highly-anticipated and newly opened project from Chef Sterling Ridings, and the Chameleon Companies (Swift’s Attic and Wu Chow). Guild is a Progressive American Seafood restaurant and oyster bar specializing in seasonal ingredients, locally sourced and thoughtfully prepared that guests are able to enjoy in a comfortable yet contemporary atmosphere. We source directly from many central Texas farms, including our very own herb garden located on the property. Our oysters arrive daily and directly from the farmers themselves from both the East and West coasts of the United States and Canada. We offer the freshest seafood but also other dishes, such as steak, pork, quail, and vegetarian and also vegan options on an almost daily changing menu.
