Sous Chef

Hannah Yerby attended culinary school at Johnson & Wales in Charlotte, North Carolina before moving to Austin in 2014 and accepting a sous chef position at Uchiko. Over her three years at Uchiko, Yerby’s talent and commitment to precision and detail ensured her professional success, and she quickly gained recognition as one of the youngest talents in the chef game. Yerby joins the Guild's culinary team as sous chef, where she will also be involved in the management team.
