Assistant General Manager | Sommelier
Lindsay Drew joins the Guild team as assistant general manager, bringing a wealth of knowledge in the food and wine service with her. Upon graduating from The University of Texas at Austin, Drew began her culinary career as sommelier at Lonesome Dove, and then moved on to South Congress Hotel's Central Standard and Otoko as service manager. Most recently, Drew held the position of restaurant and bar manager at Caroline. Drew is Court of Master Sommeliers Certified Sommelier and Society of Wine Educators Certified Specialist of Wine, she placed third in the TexSom's Best Sommelier Competition in 2016 and second in the TexSom Best Sommelier Competition 2018.
