Dan Fitzgerald brings over 30 years of experience in the food and wine world to Guild as general manager. Fitzgerald has held positions across the country, including world-renowned restaurant Charlie Trotter's and Table 52 in Chicago, the Yellowstone Club in Big Sky, Montana, Austin's Fonda San Miguel and The Austin Wine Merchant, and most recently at the critically acclaimed Hotel Saint George in Marfa. Fitzgerald is also a certified sommelier by the Court of Master Sommeliers.
