With experience from coast to coast, Michael Warnock joins the Guild team as sous chef. Warnock began his career on the east coast with his first job as pastry cook and line cook at Fromagerie in Rumson, New Jersey. Before making his way to Austin, Warnock held positions at several restaurants including a stage at both Eleven Madison Park in New York City and Quince in San Francisco. Warnock's move to Austin in 2014 began with a job as chef de cuisine at la V, and most recently as sous chef at Uchi and Uchiko. Warnock graduated from The Culinary Institute of America at Hyde Park.
