Monica Sullivan

Pastry Chef

Monica Glenn Sullivan began her career in the culinary arts in 2006 when she moved to Austin from Amarillo, Texas. After receiving her Le Cordon Bleu pastry certificate from the Texas Culinary Academy, Sullivan began her career at Austin's Uchi. In 2011, Sullivan moved to Houston to open the second Uchi location as pastry chef and was awarded My Table magazine’s Houston Culinary Awards’ “Pastry Chef of the Year.” Most recently, Sullivan was a member of the pastry team at Qui in Austin. Sullivan joins the Guild team to develop and run the pastry program.
